Service Description
These one-on-one sessions are tailored to your unique goals, experience level, and needs. Whether you are seeking greater strength and flexibility, stress reduction, support for an active lifestyle, or a deeper connection to yourself through movement and breath, each session is designed to meet you where you are. Drawing from traditional yoga practices as well as modern understanding of movement and anatomy, sessions may incorporate postures, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and guided relaxation. Beginners are welcome, and modifications can be provided to accommodate individual abilities and preferences. Sessions are available online, outdoors, or in your home within the San Angelo area. First-time in-home clients may be asked to complete a brief introductory phone or video call prior to their session. Credentials: • 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training (Arhanta Yoga, India) • 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (Devi Yoga, Colorado) • Yoga for Women training with an emphasis on women's circles, community-based practice, and asana modifications • 1,000+ hours of personal yoga practice • Completion of Hridaya Yoga Module 1, 10 day Silent Retreat, 17 Day Silent Retreat, and multiple relational workshops
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will not incur a fee. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session cost. No-shows may be charged the full session fee. If you are hoping to schedule a session within the next 24 hours, please contact Andrea directly. While availability cannot be guaranteed, accommodations may be possible depending on scheduling.
